What we replace
The parts nobody thinks about until they fail
The fixture is the visible half. These are the parts that actually cause the callbacks.
Angle stops
The shutoff valves under the sink. If they will not turn or will not seal, they get replaced — you want those working the day you need them.
Supply lines
Braided lines have a service life. A fifteen-year-old supply line under a sink is one of the most common household flood sources.
Escutcheons and seals
The trim that keeps water out of the wall behind a shower valve. Skipping it is how a valve replacement becomes a drywall repair.

Shutoffs that actually shut off
When a supply line fails at 2am, the only thing between you and a flooded kitchen is that little valve. It should turn.
No slow drips inside the cabinet
A connection that weeps a drop an hour destroys a cabinet base over a year without ever making a sound.
Serviceable, not sealed in
We install so the next repair is a repair, not a demolition. That includes access and correct trim.
Hard water considered
Some finishes and cartridges hold up far better in our water than others. We will tell you which we have seen fail here.
Shower valves
The one that is worth doing right
Faucets are surface work. A shower valve lives inside the wall, and that changes the stakes.
Replacing a shower valve means opening the wall behind it, which is why we would rather do it once and properly than twice. We use pressure-balanced or thermostatic valves so the shower does not scald when a toilet flushes, we make sure the valve is set at the right depth for your finished wall, and we install an access panel or serviceable trim where the layout allows. If your tile is going back over it, we will tell you plainly what that means for the next repair.
